HE CAN'T TAKE THE HEAT? HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND what true freedom of speech is all about? He's going out of business? Lawyer Khan liked pointing the finger at Donald Trump amid the friendly and secure atmosphere in Philadelphia, helping the Democrats paint Trump as a "racist." But when the harsh light is turned on him, he panics and destroys the evidence of his professional specialty that is online.

Khan's website was www.kmkhanlaw.com, which today was completely taken down. But it can still be seen via the wayback machine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20160802121411/http://www.kmkhanlaw.com/

The most interesting page gives this information:

Maybe he was getting emails he didn't like.

It's pretty plain that what Donald Trump stands for in this election campaign does not favor Khan's interests. Hillary Clinton does.

The Daily Caller posted an article today by Alex Pfeiffer that described Khan's views on Islam and the Quran as set forth in a paper "Juristic Classification Of Islamic Law" he published in the Houston Journal of International Law in 1983.

In it Khan writes that the Quran and the Sunnah, which were both directly created by the Muslim prophet Muhammad, were the only sources in Muhammad’s lifetime that “were recognized as binding.”

“The Shari’ah-was completed during the lifetime of Prophet Muhammed, in the Quran and Sunnah. This brings up an important fact which is generally overlooked, that the invariable and basic rules of Islamic Law are only those prescribed in the Shari’ah (Quran and Sunnah), which are few and limited. All other juridical works which have been written during more than thirteen centuries are very rich and indispensable, but they must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims.”

To Muslims, the Quran being the very word of God, it is the absolute authority from which springs the very conception of legality and every legal obligation.”
